Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. She began competing in fitness shows when she was 16 after she quit gymnastics in her youth. The Pro Card was awarded a year later, at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. She first began to participate in fitness shows after giving up her gymnastics career from childhood. Within a single year, she earned her pro card when she was 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is currently the youngest IFBB Pro. Ariel had a six-year break from performing after she earned her Pro Card to complete her studies at college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and competed in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years following her debut, setting herself higher goals each year. In 2009, she had been awarded four fitness awards. In addition, she was one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all in history (age 17) after she took home in 2009 the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel has taken the time off for six years from competing when she earned her pro-card to finish her college education. Then she returned in October of 2015, with her IFBB Fitness Pro Debut at Phoenix Europa Games. Phoenix Europa Games. The team finished 3rd at the show. In summer 2016, she was awarded the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This qualified her for an appearance at the Fitness Olympia. Within three months, she was on stage at the Olympia, where she took sixth place in the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations prior to the event and was proud of the result. It's not surprising that she was able to place so high, in light of the contest. Ariel constantly improving her body. Ariel likes to focus on her back. The most she does is bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on machines), pull-ups and seated rowing. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving onto the sets for working. Also Ariel is known to make use of her time as efficiently as is possible. How she does this is by supersetting her back exercises. A total of three or four supersets that have 10-12 reps is done.
